Professor Gabe Minc

Prof. Gabe Minc has more than twenty years of experience practicing in employee benefits law. He works for the I.R.S. and would like you to know that none of this blog's content reflects the position of the I.R.S. Rutgers University; and B.A. Iowa State University

Academic Fellow, Audrey Kucia

Audrey Kucia is an Academic Fellow in The John Marshall Law School's LL.M. Taxation program. She is studying for an Employee Benefits concentration, which means that she not only enjoys Gregory v. Helvering, but also Firestone v. Bruch. Audrey has a J.D. from DePaul University and both a M.A and B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

About Me

This course will survey provisions of ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code concerning the qualification of employee pension and profit sharing plans. By providing an overview of the framework of rules governing such plans, students will learn the basic tax, legal, business and other issues that specifically affect retirement plans and participants’ rights under such plans.
